Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation within the Rescission Period
The customer may withdraw/cancel the VOP application within 10 days from the date of realization of payment, provided the cancellation request is made in writing and duly acknowledged by TVIL.

In case of cancellation within this period, TVIL shall refund the amount paid by the customer after deducting:

  • Administrative charges of ₹25,000/-, plus applicable taxes.
  • Any applicable cost of nights/holidays already availed by the customer.

The remaining balance, if any, shall be refunded within 90 to 120 working days from the date of cancellation request, subject to approval of the refund.

2. Cancellation after the Rescission Period
If the customer withdraws the application after 10 days from the date of application/payment, the customer shall not be eligible for a refund of the AF (60% of the VOP price) paid by the customer.

In case of termination of the VOP by TVIL or the customer, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the EF (40% of the VOP price), after applicable deductions.

3. Deductions from Refund Amount
The following amounts may be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable:

  • Pro-rated EF for the period from commencement of the VOP Usage Period until the date of termination. Any part of a year shall be treated as a full year for calculation purposes.
  • Outstanding Annual Service Fees (ASF), including applicable interest.
  • Applicable taxes and statutory dues.
  • Cost of holidays already availed.
  • RCI/TravEdise enrolment fees and other amounts payable to TVIL.
  • Any enrolment incentives or promotional offer/gifts provided to the customer.
  • Any other amount legally or contractually due to TVIL.

4. Refund Process
Upon termination/cancellation, the customer shall return the VOP Card and other documents issued by TVIL for availing the refund, if any.

After making all applicable deductions and adjustments, the balance refundable amount, if any, shall be processed within 90 days from the date of receipt of the required documents and cancellation request.

5. Termination by TVIL
TVIL reserves the right to terminate the VOP in case of:

  • Default in payment of VOP fees.
  • Non-payment of ASF in full or in part for three consecutive years.
  • Breach of applicable House Rules.
  • Breach of the terms and conditions of the VOP.
  • Any other act, event or circumstance that gives TVIL the right to terminate the VOP under the applicable agreement.

6. Cancellation Request
All cancellation/termination requests must be submitted in writing by the customer and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the VOP agreement.
